Garage Operator builds on its Base Invoice Module. This module offers a shop the ability to write repair orders, invoice parts and labor, track inventory, and print statements by a selected date range.
With the purchase of a Base Invoice Module, you then have the ability to add Options/Upgrades. For example, the Enhanced Management Module option includes the following additional capabilities: Accounts Payable, Over the Counter Sales, Customer Scheduler, Technician Time Clock, Safety Compliance and Advanced Marketing and Reporting capabilities. See the Package Options chart below for details on other available options/upgrades.

Entry Level Option

This option adds $500 to the total purchase price, but lets you work with the full program right from the start, and lets you buy Garage Operator $500 dollars at a time, 500 invoices at a time. The first $500 dollar payment increases the number of allowed invoices from 100 to 600, the second from 600 to 1,000 – and so on, until you reach the purchase level of your choice.
Each $500 payment renews your update and support agreement for one year. There is no time limitation – you simply buy 500 more invoices whenever you need them. Once you’ve achieved the purchase level of your choice, the limit on the number of invoices is permanently removed.

Garage Operator Software Support/Updates
The initial purchase price of each module includes 4 hours of toll-free phone support, and all software updates for one year.
After the first year, annual update and support packages may be purchased for $350. Each package includes up to 2 hours of toll-free phone support and all new application updates.
Additional phone support is billed at $120 per hour, computed in 0.1-hour increments.
